Support
Help for athletes using Yigri with Strava.
Use this page if you need help signing in, connecting Strava, understanding sync behavior, or disconnecting your account.
Before you reach out
- Yigri only analyzes the data from the athlete who explicitly authorizes the app.
- Strava sign-in is not automatic after account creation. Each athlete must click Connect Strava from the dashboard.
- Recent runs usually appear first, with deeper history syncing afterward.
- Disconnecting Strava in Yigri stops the active connection on the product side.
Privacy
Yigri uses Strava data only for the athlete who authorizes the connection.
The app reads running activity data to generate fitness and performance insights. If you want your connection removed, use the dashboard disconnect control and send a support request if you need follow-up help.
Common issues
Answers to the support questions most athletes run into first.
I signed up, but I do not see my runs yet.
After you sign in, you still need to connect Strava from your dashboard. Once Strava is connected, Yigri imports your recent runs first and then continues syncing the rest of your history in the background.
My Strava connection failed.
Try connecting again from the dashboard and make sure you finish the Strava authorization flow in the same browser session. If the issue keeps happening, send a support request and include the email address you used to sign in.
My insights look incomplete or out of date.
Initial imports can take time depending on your history. New activities may also take a short time to appear after Strava sync finishes. If your dashboard still looks stale later, send a support request.
How do I disconnect Strava?
Open your dashboard and use the Disconnect Strava button. That removes the current connection from Yigri. You can reconnect later from the same dashboard.
